Impact of Rhizobium biofertilizer on agronomical performance of lentil (BARI Masur-6) in Bangladesh

Excessive nitrogen fertilizer uses in crop field causes surface water pollution, which has a harmful effect on the ecosystem. The study was conducted to reducing use of fertilizers during cultivation pulse and as an alternative increase biofertilizers. Rhizobium can fix atmospheric soil; it be used urea for lentil (BARI Masur-6). leguminosarum isolated from root nodules (Lens culinaris) plants cultured YEMA (Yeast Extract Mannitol Agar) media. screened ground physiological, biochemical environmental conditions.
